🌍 Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

All orders are processed and fulfilled by our logistics partners and may be shipped from international warehouses, primarily located in China and other parts of Asia. This helps us offer competitive pricing and fast processing.

Depending on your location and the items ordered, your package may arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.

At checkout, you can choose from available shipping options, including free standard shipping for qualifying orders. Some free options may involve longer transit times or international shipping.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.


⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Estimated delivery time after processing: 5–9 business days
    (May vary based on destination and shipping method)

Please note that these are estimated windows and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:

  • International customs inspections

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Natural disasters or public holidays

  • Logistics backlogs during peak seasons


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days of ordering, please email us at info@waxclean.se with your order number.


📦 Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not charge or collect U.S. sales tax at checkout.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import-related costs.


⏳ Delayed or Missing Deliveries

We strive to ensure timely delivery. However, if your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipment date, please contact us.

You will be eligible for either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by the customer providing incorrect address details or refusing delivery.
