1. Company Information & Jurisdiction
This website is operated by WaxClean, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) registered in Sweden.

All purchases made through this website are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details (products, pricing, billing and shipping information).
Please review this information carefully. If anything is incorrect, contact us immediately at info@waxclean.se before the order is processed.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled on the same day they are placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or for other business-related reasons. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners and shipped directly from our international warehouses, primarily located in Asia (China).

Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day

Items may be shipped separately in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers
Delays may occur due to customs processing, natural events, or shipping carrier disruptions.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your package is being shipped internationally and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or local fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
You are considered the importer of record, and any such charges are your responsibility.
We do not collect U.S. sales tax at checkout.
6. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to supplier changes, currency fluctuations, or clerical errors.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are your responsibility

The returned item must be received by us before a refund is issued
If the product is damaged or not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee or depreciation deduction may apply.

8. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

9. 90-Day Limited Warranty
All WaxClean™ products include a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

10. Manufacturer Disclosure
WaxClean is an independent reseller. Products are sourced from third-party manufacturers.
While we ensure quality and compliance (e.g. CE, RoHS), we are not the original manufacturer.
11. Medical Disclaimer & Product Use
WaxClean™ products are for personal hygiene use only and are not classified as medical devices.
They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
If you experience pain, hearing loss, or other symptoms, consult a healthcare provider.
Use at your own risk. Improper use may result in injury. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or off-label use.
12. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or delivered to an incorrect address, it will be treated as a completed sale.
No refund will be issued unless the product is returned to us in original condition. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
