If your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • You must contact us first via email at info@waxclean.se before returning any items

⚠ Do not return any items without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


🔁 Returns Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email

  • You will be informed whether your refund is approved or denied

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within a few business days

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take several business days for the refund to appear

  3. Contact your bank – processing times vary between institutions

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us via our contact form or at info@waxclean.se.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used or unsealed personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
